Life Coach for High Net Worth Individuals
I built a company that reached 2,000+ stores in 26 countries, and I learned what nobody tells you about the view after the summit: the money question gets answered, and a harder one takes its place. I coach people with real wealth on what the next decade is for — and who to be while building it.

Who this is for
The goal that built you is gone
You hit the number. The drive that got you there doesn't know where to go next — and unspent, it starts turning on you.
Success made you harder to advise
Everyone around you has an angle or an invoice. Honest, unimpressed counsel is the scarcest asset you own.
The family is the real portfolio
The money will outlive you. Whether the marriage, the kids and the meaning do — that's the actual estate plan.
What most coaching for high net worth individuals gets wrong
It splits into two camps. One is luxury-flavored encouragement — pleasant, discreet, and careful never to say anything that might cost the retainer. The other is a wealth coach in disguise: it starts with your goals and ends with your portfolio. Neither touches the actual problem, because the actual problem isn't money and it isn't motivation.
Here is what I learned building and running an international company: past a certain point, people stop telling you the truth. Advisors optimize what you have. Friends manage their relationship to what you have. The unspent ambition, the drifting marriage, the heir who avoids the subject, the venture you keep almost starting — nobody in your current orbit is paid to bring these up, so nobody does.
I'm not impressed by the balance sheet, and I don't manage money — many clients come to me as a life coach for executives and founders whose companies no longer need them daily. What I bring is the discipline that builds companies, applied to a life: a specific vision for the next decade, a structure that matches it, and the conversations — had out loud — that keep the people you love inside the plan.
What's different in 90 days
- 01A written answer to “what is this season for” — specific enough to say no with.
- 02Your calendar audited against your stated priorities — line by line, against how you actually spent last month.
- 03The conversation you've been avoiding — with a spouse, an heir, a partner — had, with structure and a decision at the end.
- 04A role in your own ventures you chose on purpose: operator, chairman, investor, or out.
- 05One thing ended cleanly — a board seat, an obligation, a version of you the next season doesn’t need.
The Vital Framework
Five parts, run in order — the same system I use with companies, applied to a life. Each one fails if the one before it is missing.
Vision
A specific description of the next decade that you would bet money on — because you are.
Inspiration
The reason this season is worth your finite attention, said plainly enough to repeat.
Team
The right people around you — and the honest conversation about who no longer is.
Alignment
Your calendar, your commitments and your family pointed at the same decade.
Leadership Systems
The rhythms and decision rights that keep it all running without consuming you.
People with a lot to lose, real results

Frank Fiori
“Katie's strategy helped us grow the fund exponentially in a more efficient manner, while navigating difficult investor conversations.”
Liam Leonard, CEO of a $50MM fund
“Katie walked me through her framework and I was able to get clear on my next move. This allowed me to move forward with confidence.”
Sean McLellan
About Katie
I trained as an industrial designer on a General Motors scholarship, then launched a baby products company called Puj in 2008 — into the worst consumer market in a generation. It worked. We reached 2,000+ US retail stores, 26 countries and more than a million customers.
It also nearly took me apart. Investor conflict, cash-flow crises, and a version of me who was only worth what the company had produced that quarter. The reckoning that followed is why I coach the way I do: success that costs you yourself is just a slower way to lose.
Now I work with founders, executives and people navigating life after the win. I live in Dorado, Puerto Rico, and I host the podcast What's Working Now.

The diagnostic call
We map what the next season is actually for — and what's in its way.
Begin
We start on the first structural change that week. If it's a fit, we build from there.
Questions before you book
What does a life coach for high net worth individuals actually do?+
The same thing a good operating partner does for a company. I look at how your life is structured — time, roles, ventures, family, obligations — and where that structure contradicts what you say matters. Sessions end with decisions made and owners named, not affirmations. Wealth removes the usual constraints; what's left is design, and design is my trade.
Is this discreet?+
Yes. The work is one-to-one and private. The only clients named anywhere are the ones who chose to speak publicly — the people you see quoted on this page did exactly that.
How is this different from a wealth manager or a therapist?+
Your wealth manager optimizes the money. A therapist works on your history. I work on the design of what comes next — what the decade is for, what you build, what you exit, and how the family stays whole while you do it. I don't give financial advice, and I'll tell you plainly if what you actually need is one of the other two.
Do you only coach business owners?+
No. Owners, executives, investors and people navigating life after a sale sit in the same chair for the same reason: the next chapter is undesigned. If your situation reads like this page, the call will tell us quickly whether the work fits.
How much does it cost?+
Pricing depends on format and length of engagement, and I quote it on the diagnostic call once I know what you actually need. If coaching isn't the right spend, I'll say so on that call — I'd rather lose the engagement than waste your attention.
How long before I see results?+
The first structural change usually lands inside two to three weeks, because it's almost always something you already knew and hadn't decided. Ninety days is the honest window for the new season to show up in your calendar and your conversations. Anyone promising faster is selling you the feeling of progress.
The next decade is the one that counts — design it on purpose
