Life Coach for Celebrities

When you're the brand, the product and the business all at once, everyone around you has an interest in what you produce next. I coach public figures on the machine behind the name — and on keeping the person separate from the persona everyone else is invested in.

Who this is for

Everyone wants the next thing

The team, the label, the audience — every one of them is invested in your output. Nobody is responsible for you.

The persona is eating the person

The public version of you has a schedule, a brand and momentum. The private version gets whatever's left.

Honest counsel is scarce

At your level, almost everyone in the room is on your payroll or wants something. Straight talk gets rare exactly when you need it most.

Why a celebrity life coach is usually the wrong hire

Most coaching offered to public figures is either another service provider joining the entourage — someone else whose livelihood depends on keeping you comfortable — or a fan with a certification. Neither can tell you the truth, and the truth is the entire value of the seat.

I'm not in your industry, and I don't need anything from it. I built a consumer brand into 2,000+ retail stores and 26 countries, did the national TV circuit, and learned in my own seasons of visibility what it costs to be the face of the thing you're also running. My clients get the same two commitments: total discretion, and the truth.

The work itself is structural, not vibes: what the machine around you looks like, who runs it, where your time actually goes, what you're building toward when the current run ends — and a private life designed on purpose instead of from the leftovers.

What's different in 90 days

  1. 01A clear picture of what you're building beyond the current run — chosen by you, not your calendar.
  2. 02Eight to twelve hours a week back — tracked, not estimated — and protected for the people and life behind the name.
  3. 03A team with real decision rights, so the machine runs without every call routing to your phone.
  4. 04The commitments that no longer serve you named and exited — cleanly, without burning the relationships.
  5. 05A twelve-month plan for the brand, the business and the person, with quarterly targets and real accountability.

Coaching for public figures, run on the Vital Framework

Five parts, run in order. It's the same system I use with founders and executives — pointed at a life where you are the brand.

01

Vision

A specific picture of your life and work in three years — yours, not your audience's.

02

Inspiration

What the platform is actually for — said plainly enough to steer what you say yes to.

03

Team

The right people with the right authority, and the honest conversation about who's along for the ride.

04

Alignment

Your calendar, your commitments and your priorities pointed at the same quarter.

05

Leadership Systems

The meetings, metrics and decision rights that keep the machine running while you live your life.

Why there are no client names on this page

Discretion isn't a feature of this work — it's a precondition. The people I coach at this level don't appear in my marketing, and what happens in our conversations doesn't leave them. If you'd like references from founders and executives who can speak publicly, I'm happy to share those on the call.

“The TOP 3 people who have transformed my life? Katie Richardson and Russel Brunson are both in that top 3!”

About Katie

I trained as an industrial designer on a General Motors scholarship, then launched a baby products company called Puj in 2008 — into the worst consumer market in a generation. It worked. We reached 2,000+ US retail stores, 26 countries and more than a million customers, and the press tour that came with it: the Today Show, Rachael Ray, Entrepreneur.

I also learned what visibility costs. When you're the face of the brand, every room you walk into has expectations of you before you speak — and it's easy to lose track of which version of you is real. Rebuilding my life around what actually matters is the reason I coach the way I do.

Now I coach founders, executives and public figures through the Vital Framework, and I host the podcast What's Working Now.

How it works

STEP 01

Book a call

Pick a time on my calendar — or have your team reach out. Five minutes, no payment, no funnel.

STEP 02

The diagnostic call

Private, direct, and confidential from the first minute. We map the real constraint. You leave with something useful either way.

STEP 03

Begin

We start on the first structural change that week. If it's a fit, we build from there.

Questions before you book

Is this confidential?+

Completely. No client names in marketing, no case studies without written permission, and I'll sign your NDA before the first real conversation if you'd like. Discretion is the precondition for the work being honest.

What does a celebrity life coach actually do?+

Less cheerleading than the title suggests. We work on the machine around you — team, calendar, commitments, the business behind the brand — and on the person carrying it: what you want beyond the current run, and how to live a private life that isn't just the gaps in a public one.

Can my manager or team set this up?+

Yes — teams often make the first contact. But the work is with you, not your representation, and what we discuss stays between us. Your team gets the outcomes, not the transcript.

Do we meet in person or over video?+

Most of the work happens over video, on a schedule that survives touring, filming and travel. In-person intensives can be arranged when the season calls for it.

Do you only work with celebrities?+

No — most of my clients are founders and executives. That's a feature: I'm not embedded in your industry, I don't need anything from it, and the frameworks come from building and running a real company, not from the fame economy.

How much does it cost?+

Pricing depends on format and length of engagement, and I quote it on the diagnostic call once I know what you actually need. I'll tell you on that call if I don't think the work will pay for itself.

The name is the platform. Build the life.

Book a diagnostic call — private, direct, and I'll tell you straight if I'm not the right coach for you.
