[1:12] Seth tells about a moment that has shaped who he is today

  • He played one game and was recruited but didn’t believe in himself, and that ruined his dream
  • “We have a hard time asking for help. We don’t have a great awareness of our weaknesses.” -Seth Ellsworth

[13:35] In comes the identity crisis: Seth had to figure out who he was without basketball

[17:35] Seth realized that the day after he quit his dream, there was no more pain in his feet
